欧盟认为中国对乳制品征收关税 "不合理"

布鲁塞尔周五表示，中国对来自欧盟的部分乳制品征收关税是 "不合理的"，此前中国政府在五年内对这些产品征收高达11.7%的关税。

„We consider these measures to be unjustified and unjustifiable.欧盟贸易发言人奥洛夫-吉尔（Olof Gill）说："我们认识到，最终决定中征收的关税大大低于初步阶段提出的关税。

„however, we are firmly of the opinion that these investigations should not have been initiated in the first place as, in our assessment, the applications lacked sufficient evidence to justify the initiated such a proceeding," he added.

"然而，我们坚定地认为，这些调查本来就不应该启动，因为根据我们的评估，这些申请缺乏足够的证据来证明启动这样的程序是合理的。

O.吉尔说，欧盟行政部门现在将评估关税的后果，但承诺布鲁塞尔将根据国际贸易规则捍卫乳制品行业的利益。

„We will look at what our options are going forward, including the possibility of taking action at the World Trade Organisation, 中国政府周四表示，在调查发现来自欧盟的某些乳制品受到补贴，严重损害了中国乳制品行业的利益后，中国将征收„反补贴税“。

关税将从周五开始征收，税率从7.4%到11.7%不等，而中国在12月征收的关税税率为21.9%-42.7%。

中国商务部表示，这些关税适用于多种产品，包括新鲜奶酪和加工奶酪、松软干酪、蓝奶酪以及一些牛奶和奶油产品。
