丹麦肉类贸易商获准成立 Moert 合资企业

竞争委员会周五宣布，已授权蒂肯鲜肉公司（Tican Fresh Meat“）和Himmerlands食品集团（Himmerlands Food Group“）成立合资企业Moert，并分别获得合资企业50%的股份和共同控制权。

„The proposed concentration will not lead to the creation or strengthening of a dominant position or to a significant impediment of competition in the relevant markets“，––理事会宣布。

据理事会称，即将成立的公司„Moert“将生产各种加工肉制品，并将产品分销给丹麦和斯堪的纳维亚国家的零售商，而„Moert“将不会在立陶宛开展业务。

„Tican Fresh Meat“及其相关公司（在立陶宛被称为„Premium Food Group“）在立陶宛从事肉类、热处理肉制品和动物食品的批发业务。

在立陶宛，„Himmerlands Food Group“的相关公司„Himmerlandskod“主要从事新鲜牛肉的批发业务。
